Our guest this week is Bryn Ible - Regional Managing Director of Advantedge Commercial Finance.

Bryn shares his experiences in his first leadership-oriented role, where he applied his learnings from previous mentors and managers. 

Bryn talks about how he sees the two aspects to leadership; the financial aspect - ensuring the numbers align on the P&L statement, what drives the business and the departments forward and then also the personal aspect to leadership - finding the right people, ensuring they have clarity in their role and that they feel supported, especially during tough times.

Bryn discusses how in his role as Regional Managing Director you naturally pick up traits from experience. He goes onto share how Covid was one of the big challenges he faced from both an internal perspective, ensuring his staff and team felt supported both emotionally and to carry out their role. Also externally with how Advantage Commercial Finance continued to support and service their customers.
