Tracy Pound is the Managing Director of Maximity, a business she founded in 2000 to provide effective, innovative and friendly IT services to other businesses. However, it could have turned out so differently - after Tracy's first experience of working with an ineffectual leader, she questioned whether working in business was even the right route for her.

Thankfully her second role was led by a really inspiring leader who encouraged Tracy to flourish and achieve high performance as a manager at a young age. Through experiencing both types of leadership, it shaped Tracy's approach to leadership in how she leads her team and businesses today.
